Attention Portal Users: The previous RSA SecurID token desktop application versions 5.0.3 (Windows) and 4.2.3 (MacOS) are no longer fully supported by Ginnie Mae, which may cause users to experience issues when attempting to use the token. They have been replaced by RSA desktop application version 6.2.2.0 (Windows) and 4.4.0 (MacOS) and are now available for installation. Following the platform upgrades, users who previously installed the Oracle Mobile Authenticator (OMA) on a mobile device to generate a One-Time Password (OTP) for MyGinnieMae will be required to complete an overwrite. Attention Portal Users: RSA SecurID Soft Token Holders in Ginnie Mae business systems may now obtain a new soft token and change the device on which the token is installed, via self-service. MyGinnieMae is a self-servicing portal that will provide a one-stop-shop for the GinnieMae business community. It offers advanced portal features that connects users, promotes collaboration, and shares organizational knowledge. This is the first release of MyGinnieMae, which is being introduced with a controlled set of features and is made accessible to a select set of users.
