SFPDM Adoption

Effective December 1, 2023, SFPDM will be the only application available for Single Family and Manufactured Housing pooling activities. By this date, all Issuers must be ready to pool in SFPDM manually or using either version of the PDD. Please note that ALL final pools uploaded or entered in GinnieNET must be submitted for initial certification prior to December 1^st. For more information on changes following December 1, 2023, please refer to Modernization Bulletin #30.

MBS Forms New Date

Ginnie Mae’s MBS Guide forms have been updated and posted with a new OMB approval date of 04/30/2026. Please see the following link for more information: https://www.ginniemae.gov/issuers/program_guidelines/Pages/mbs_guide.aspx.

RSA Switch To Soft Tokens

All portal users that previously used an RSA token to transact business in Ginnie Mae systems must use the new Soft Token distributed via email beginning 8/28/2022. The hard tokens are no longer active and further instructions will be provided on disposition. For information on the transition to the Soft Token, including a QRC and video on how to use the new token, visit the RSA SecurID Soft Tokens section of the Modernization Initiatives Page.
